        The emergence of interdisciplinary approach, caused very diverse and wide composing and commingling of different areas. One of the phenomena that it’s interdisciplinary nature is clear, is phenomenon of the city. The concept of "knowledge based city" is very broad and may include all aspects of social, economic and cultural dimensions. knowledge based city with the aim of developing based on knowledge, by creating continuous encouragement, sharing, evaluating, modernization and update knowledge. knowledge based city involved diffrent range of sciences such as economy, geography and urban planning and social sciences and many other areas of expertise. knowledge based city is depend on knowledge based development to create continuous encouragement, sharing, evaluating, modernization and update knowledge. This can be achieved through continuous interaction between citizens and at the same time take place between them and citizens of other cities. The method of this article is documentary and library research related method with aims to explore and analyze the concept of knowledge based city. The findings of this research with study few internal And external studies resources, resulting in the presentation of dimensions, elements and indicators category that related to knowledge based city and in other words, identify collaborative and interdisciplinary dimensions of "knowledge based city" concept. In terms of this paper, dimensions of knowledge based city was place economy, sustainable urban design (physical), the development of knowledge based (social) and components and indicators that have been associated with each other.         In recent years, one of the main concerns of the knowledge-based organization is the increasing willingness of students to leave the service voluntarily. The reason for this concern is the fluidity of students and expert scientists, which makes their development and maintenance difficult. The main purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors proving the departure of student staff in the country's ICT industry. The presented research is described in terms of purpose, application and research of the research design and data collection method of the research type, which has been done by survey method. The statistical population of the study consists of 118 students of the five companies required for the study. The data collection tool is a 45-year-old questionnaire that is set in a five-point Likert scale. Cronbach's alpha was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire, which had an alpha value of 873. Indicates the appropriate reliability of the questionnaire. Its validity coefficient has also been calculated using counting sigma. The obtained data are analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSSwin22 software. Findings show that job characteristics with an average of 69.5 as a result have the greatest impact on job dissatisfaction and consequently leaving the organization. Also, managerial factors with an average of 61.9, organizational culture with an average of 54.2, human resource practices with an average of 46.6, work shocks with a minimum of 36.4 and temptation with a minimum of 34.7 are other more reasons to motivate leaving.         The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a knowledge model of knowledge-based human resources in the University of Medical Sciences of a country. The present study is a qualitative study using the data theory of the foundation and the model of Strauss and Corbin. Scope of studies: University of Medical Sciences of one country, including the provinces of Gilan, Kalestan, Mazandaran, Shahroud and Babol, and the participants were experts in the field of human resources. In this regard, semi-structured interviews were conducted using purposive sampling method and snowball technique. In this study, the data reached a theoretical saturation stage after conducting fifteen interviews. However, five more interviews were conducted to ensure adequacy. The Lincoln and Goba criteria were used to determine the validity and the process audit method and internal agreement were used to determine the reliability. The findings showed that the knowledge model of knowledge-based human resources is developed in the form of five categories of causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences. In this model, the relationships between components show that the knowledge model of knowledge-based human resources is done through an interactive process between components. Determining cultural, organizational, behavioral, structural, environmental factors, the formation of a new attitude to the workforce can be very important in the decisions and architectural process of knowledge-based human resources in the University of Medical Sciences of a country.         Agriculture in the world has played a major role in ensuring food security throughout history and has led to the emergence and flourishing of great civilizations. In the current situation when the country is faced with simultaneous sanctions from the enemy and the solution presented by Imam Khamenei is the theory of resistance economy which It should be investigated in all fields with minimum social, cultural, political damage and according to the existing conditions of the country. In Iran, paying attention to the category of food security has always been one of the main goals of macro policies. One of the measures of the Iranian Islamic Model of Progress document directly mentions the issue of providing food security, as well as its footprint from the constitution to the five-year development plan and Even the approaches and policies of the resistance economy have also been seen. Therefore, in the present research, an attempt has been made to answer this question, what is the role of food security in the resistance economy in the discourse of thoughts, opinions and statements of Imam Khamenei? The current research is an e-applied development and documentary methods and qualitative content analysis have been used as necessary.         The purpose of this research was the effect of targeted organizational forgetting on organizational performance with the role of knowledge management mediator in sports and youth departments in the northwest of the country. The current research was of a descriptive-correlation type and applied in terms of purpose, which was carried out by the field method. The statistical population of this research included all managers and employees of sports and youth departments in the northwestern provinces of the country. 301 participants were selected as a statistical sample using random sampling method. The data was collected through a questionnaire (alpha coefficient was above 0.8). For data analysis, descriptive statistics (such as tables, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling) were used using SPSS and PLS software. The results showed that purposeful forgetting had a positive and significant effect on knowledge management (p=0.001). Also, knowledge management and purposeful forgetting had positive and significant effects on organizational performance (p=0.001 and p=0.001). In this research, we investigated the mediating role of knowledge management as well as innovation in the relationship between organizational forgetfulness and organizational performance, and the research results showed that knowledge management mediates the relationship between organizational forgetfulness and organizational performance. The results show that through effective organizational forgetting, organizations are able to transform knowledge into a new product, service and process, which brings innovative managerial and operational results.
